Ed has represented local, national, and international companies, including Goodyear Tire, PS Business Parks, Costex and Lennox Air Conditioning. He became one of the youngest recipients of the SIOR (www.sior.com) designation in South Florida. Additionally, he achieved the CCIM (www.ccim.com) designation and is an active member of the organization. He received the award as Miami Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2014.

Chris Spear joined ComReal Miami in 2007. He specializes in the leasing and sales of commercial properties in all Miami Dade County. He helps companies with purchase and lease negotiations, buyer & tenant representations, site selections and consultations. His clients include domestic and international companies. Chris is a graduate from Florida State University and obtained his Marketing Degree in 2002. He's a member of CCIM and obtained this prestigious award in 2013.

Edison has successfully helped business owners and investors locate industrial properties in the competitive South Florida Industrial Real Estate Market. Undergraduate in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University, and Masters in International Real Estate from Florida International University. Edison joined ComReal in 2010 to work with the Industrial team in the sale and leasing of Industrial Properties. In 2013, along with Chris Spear, Edison received the CCIM designation. In 2023, Edison achieved SIOR designation. Edison Vasquez was born and raised in Ecuador and is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English); proud of his Ecuadorian Heritage. Proud father of two girls and avid runner.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Tallulath obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UCAB (Universidad Catolica Andres Bello) and started her corporate career as an Intern at XEROX de Venezuela, where she grew in different positions until becoming the New Business Manager in 1999. After moving to the US in 2001, Tallulath discovered her passion for the Real Estate industry and decided to start a new career as Contract Administrator/MLS Coordinator at Vistas International Reality. Supported by her finance background and diversified experience in financial planning, contracts administration, sales, and customer service, Tallulath became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2007 and progressively advanced her career as a Contract Administrator, Transaction Coordinator, and Operations/Transaction Manager in large agencies such as Keller Williams Realty, Diursa Development Group and Vistas International Realty.
